Tirol recorded around 26 million overnight stays and 5.97 million arrivals in the 2023/24 winter season – figures that impressively underscore the region's potential.

These high visitor numbers strengthen the local economy and make Tirol a stable and attractive option for real estate investments.

Over 80 ski resorts with a total of 3,400 kilometres of downhill pistes and 4,000 kilometres of cross-country ski trails create perfect conditions for winter tourism. A total of 339,000 guest beds are spread across hotels, holiday apartments and private accommodation and are used for an average of 4.36 days.

Tyrol offers excellent gastronomy with 238 regionally conscious businesses and 119 Gault Millau-awarded restaurants. In addition, over 200 museums and exhibitions invite cultural exploration – an added value that increases the attractiveness for potential buyers and investors.
